Catering FAQ.
Because our products are handmade daily, there are a few terms and conditions for catering to make sure that we have what you need, when you need it.
our Catering terms
24hrs advance notice is needed for catering orders:
For super last-minute requests, please see us in store and we’ll help out if we can.
Of course, you’re always welcome to purchase items directly from our display fridges in-store (for those instant-catering situations!).
Available times for products:
Slices/brownies, pots 7.30am - 2.00pm.
Wrap and baguettes 10.30am - 2.00pm.
Warm bowls and Salads 10.30am - 2.00pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver between 12-1pm due to resourcing limitations.
We deliver to the nearby area as marked on the below map for $15:
At checkout, please select the appropriate delivery option (select 2x deliveries only if you require morning tea & lunch delivered at separate times).
Please advise the delivery breakdown & times in order notes if requesting more than one delivery.
Or, you’re welcome to collect your order in-store for free.
Our minimum order size is $50;
Cancellation & rescheduling policy:
We totally understand that things happen and plans can change; so if you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please advise us immediately including quoting your order number.
Minimum 24hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling requests (as we prepare our products daily, we start preparing orders early in the day).
Cancellations requested with less than 24hrs notice are unfortunately unable to be refunded.
Refund requests will be returned to you via the same method made during payment, minus the card processing fee which the card processor retains (2% for domestic cards, 3.5% for international cards).
Occasionally some products are unavailable at short notice due to supplier or seasonal issues:
In these cases, we will attempt to contact you. Failing that, we’ll provide an alternative menu item of similar option;

do you have gluten-free wraps & baguettes?
We presently do not offer gluten-free wraps or baguettes.
what payment options Do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and Amex available both in store and for online catering orders.
We also accept cash in store.
How fresh are your products?
Very fresh! We make our products freshly every day - we don’t hold our freshly made products overnight.
So - you can be sure if you’re getting something for catering or out of our fridges, it was made the same morning.
