Catering FAQ.

 

There are a few terms and conditions for catering to make sure we have what you need, when you need it (because our products are handmade daily).

  • Our minimum order size is $50;

  • 24hrs advance notice is needed for catering orders:

    • For super last-minute requests, please see us in store and we’ll help out if we can.

    • Of course, you’re always welcome to purchase items directly from our display fridges in-store (for those instant-catering situations!).

  • Product Availability Times:

    • Slices/Brownies, Pots 7.30am - 2.00pm.

    • Wraps, Baguettes, Warm Bowls and Salads 10.30am - 2.00pm.

  • Delivery Details:

    • Please Note: We cannot deliver between 12:00pm - 1:00pm due to staffing constraints. We recommend scheduling deliveries before or after this time slot. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order in-store during this period.

    • Delivery Area: We deliver on foot within the area shown on the map below for a $15 fee.

    • Multiple Deliveries: If you need separate deliveries (e.g., morning tea and lunch), select '2x deliveries' at checkout and specify the details in the order notes.​

    • Pickup Option: Alternatively, you’re welcome to collect your order in-store.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

    • We understand that sometimes plans change… if you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please advise us immediately including quoting your order number.

    • Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, as we begin preparing orders early each day.

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be refunded where we have commenced product preparation.

    • Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus the card processing fee (2% for domestic cards, 3.5% for international cards).

  • Occasionally some products are unavailable at short notice due to supplier or seasonal issues:

    • In these cases, we will attempt to contact you. Failing that, we’ll provide an alternative menu item of similar option;

do you have gluten-free wraps & baguettes?

Gluten-Free Options: While we don't currently offer gluten-free wraps or baguettes, we have a variety of gluten-free salads and warm bowls available. Please check our menu or inquire in-store for more details.


what payment options Do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, and Amex available both in store and for online catering orders.

We also accept cash in store.


How fresh are your products?

Product Freshness: We prepare our products fresh daily and don’t hold items overnight. Whether you're ordering catering or picking up from our fridges, rest assured your selection was made that very morning.
